Exclusive to Country Range brand – and your menus – this Christmas, the Premium Cox Apple and Blackberry Pudding combines luxurious baked vanilla sponge with a Cox apple and blackcurrant filling, finished with an apricot glaze and blackberries.The puddings are individually packed 12 to a box and are suitable for vegetarians. Frozen for convenience, they’re ready after 1½ to 2 minutes in the microwave.
