Cooking & Handling Instructions

Directions for use

Cooking Instructions: Fryer: Pre-heat fryer to 175˚C. Fill the basket to the halfway mark. Deep fry for 2 ½ – 3 minutes. Do not overcook. Reduce the cooking time for smaller amounts. Drain well before serving. Air Fryer: Pre-heat air fryer to 180˚C. Fill the basket to the halfway mark. Cook for 11 – 13 minutes. Shake halfway through cooking time. Do not overcook. Reduce the cooking time for smaller amounts. Fan Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180˚C. Spread the frozen product in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, turning product halfway through cooking time. Do not overcook. Reduce the cooking time for smaller amounts. Always use baking paper. Do not eat this product raw and check product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen at -18°C. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
