6 Total- 2 Country Range Fresh Free Range Medium Eggs
- 1 Country Range Doughball
- 50 g Country Range Tomato and Basil Sauce
- 25 g Country Range Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 3 basil leaves

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 260°C. -

Defrost the doughball and roll out to 20cm circle. -

Top with tomato and basil sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and the sliced green chilli. -

Crack 2 eggs on the pizza and bake for 3 minutes in the oven. -

Add a few torn basil leaves and serve.
