Our old branding and identity served us well, but we wanted to inject a new dimension of vibrancy to truly showcase our personality and passion for ingredients, you the makers and foodservice as a whole.

While our appearance has been given a makeover, our core values remain the same today as when the first Country Range products launched in 1985. Even though our packaging has changed, caterers can still trust the reliability and consistency of Country Range. At the heart of everything we do is you! Country Range was created specially to meet the needs of caterers, who take pride in making food for people. Every one of our products are developed for use in a professional kitchens, with your needs in mind, right down to the right size of pot. The right portion size. The right amount of sauce for the beans. The right level of creaminess. The right texture.
We sweat the details because we know they matter to you.
We are always developing our product range and constantly strive to guarantee our products continue to meet the needs of caterers. Our in-house development chef, Paul Dickson, is an integral part of our innovation, from recipe creation and photography to constantly keeping up with the latest food trends, as well as working with us on new product development.
Along with our new look brand we are delighted to launch Country Range Signature, our premium range of professional catering products. Every Signature product has at least two marketable points of difference from our standard product range, including provenance and high-quality ingredients, enabling us to be even more innovative, giving you even more choice.
We understand that you need consistently good quality, good value products to maximise margin. Our experienced team of buyers are dedicated to working closely with manufacturers to ensure that we are getting products at the best value and passing that value onto you, because catered food should always be good quality, regardless of budget.
We know how much consistent quality matters. Caterers need to be able to rely on good quality, good value products to maximise their profit margins. This is why all our products are BRC (British Retail Consortium) accredited and tested thoroughly through benchmarking and blind taste tests. Once a product is in our range we don't stop there, all our products are regularly weighed, measured and the packaging checked against the agreed specification to guarantee they continue to meet our quality standards and the demands of the caterer. Our dedicated in-house Quality Manager works closely with our development chef and manufacturers to make sure that we have full traceability on all our products and that every Country Range product meets the standard to be used in foodservice.
We are dedicated to reducing excessive packaging and moving to more recyclable, biodegradable and environmentally friendly solutions. Having already removed all black plastic from our packaging, we are increasingly using recyclable plastic wherever possible.
