Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- g butter
- slices of white toast bread
- slices of gammon ham
- slices of mature cheddar
- g bechamel sauce
- egg

Step 1
Make the bechamel as per pack instructions -

Pre heat the oven to 200c -

Step 3
Butter 2 slices of bread and place one slice butter side down on a baking tray -

Step 4
Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese onto the slice of bread and place the remaining slice of bread, butter side up, on top -

Step 5
Bake in the oven for 2 mins each side until the bread is golden and the cheese starts to soften -

Step 6
Top with the bechamel and continue to bake for 2/4 mins -

Step 7
Remove from the oven and serve with a fried egg on top -

Step 8
Season to taste
