Increase Portion Size
- pinch Country Range Smoked Paprika
- g Signature by Country Range Double Crunch Fries
- Slices of chorizo
- g Grated Manchego
- ml Sriracha sauce
- Red pepper sliced
- tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Gently fry the red pepper in the olive oil and keep warm. -

Fry the double crunch fries and place onto a suitable platter. -

Top the fries with the slices of chorizo, red pepper, sriracha sauce and grated Manchego cheese -

Dust with a little smoked paprika and season to taste
