Spanish Style Loaded Fries

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   pinch Country Range Smoked Paprika
  • g Signature by Country Range Double Crunch Fries
  •   Slices of chorizo
  • g Grated Manchego
  • ml Sriracha sauce
  •   Red pepper sliced
  •   tbsp Olive oil
  •   Salt and pepper

    Step 1

    Gently fry the red pepper in the olive oil and keep warm.
  • 2

    Step 2

    Fry the double crunch fries and place onto a suitable platter.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Top the fries with the slices of chorizo, red pepper, sriracha sauce and grated Manchego cheese
  • 4

    Step 4

    Dust with a little smoked paprika and season to taste
