Left Over Vegetable Pakora

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   tbsp Country Range Curry Powder
  • g Vegetable peelings and off cuts like carrot, parsnips, onion, celery, spring onion, leek, courgette
  • g Gram flour
  •   tsp Ground fenugreek seeds
  •   tsp salt
  • ml Sparkling water or soda water

    Step 1

    Mix everything together making sure the vegetable is coated in the batter
  • 2

    Step 2

    Carefully drop a few spoon fulls of mix into the fryer set at 180c and fry for 2/3 mins until golden
  • 3

    Step 3

    Repeat until all the mix is used and serve with a minted yoghurt
