Christmas left over loaded potato crunchies

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  • g Country Range Potato Crunchies
  • g Cooked and sliced pigs n blankets
  • g Shredded turkey
  • g Cranberry sauce
  • g Grated cheddar
  • g Quartered sage and onion stuffing balls

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 180c fan / 200c oven
  • 2

    Step 2

    Fry the potato crunchies until golden
  • 3

    Step 3

    Place in an oven proof dish and top with sliced pigs n blankets, shredded turkey, stuffing balls and grated cheddar cheese
  • 4

    Step 4

    Place in the oven for 5 mins to melt the cheese and warm the toppings

    Step 5

    Finish with cranberry sauce and warm left over gravy
