Founded in 1981 by Matt Rogan in the Harvest Barn at Vallée des Veaux, Trinity, Valley Foods began as a small food wholesaler with just one van, making regular trips to the UK. Over the years, it has grown into one of the island’s largest and most advanced butchery facilities, working closely with Genuine Jersey partners and becoming a trusted name in local supply.
Valley Foods supports food professionals by offering a one-stop shop for a wide range of products, along with tailored advice and inspiration to help them succeed in their kitchens and businesses. Today, they proudly supply quality produce to the majority of top restaurants, pubs, cafés, and hotels on the island, as well as schools, nurseries, government institutions, care homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, corporate offices, and more.

Even though Valley Foods carries close to 5400 different products and receives new products on a daily basis, it is possible you are not able to find your favourite product or brand. Not a problem! Simply contact Valley Foods and they will do their best to source the requested product for your next order.
Sourcing new products may be subject to conditions, availability or access restrictions for Jersey.

Every product page contains a variety of information. Allergens are clearly depicted with pictograms to facilitate recognising the most important ones. If for any reason the information may be missing, please do not hesitate to contact Valley Foods and they will rectify the information as quickly as possible.
Delivery is done twice a day, from Monday to Friday. If your order has been placed before 6am on any given day, your delivery will be done on the same day with exception of Saturday and Sunday.
For delivery on Saturday, please order before 3pm on Friday.
Valley Foods are closed for deliveries on Sunday and certain Bank Holidays. Make sure to check their newsletter, or any of their social media channels for the latest updates.
Private customers:
Monday to Friday – 12pm to 6pm
Saturday – 10am to 2pm
Sunday – no deliveries
Wholesale customers:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 3pm
Saturday – 8am to 2pm
Sunday – no deliveries
