Increase Portion Size
- tbsp Country Range Chilli Flakes
- tsp Country Range Dried Mixed Herbs
- Country Range Bay Leaves
- Country Range Star Anise
- tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
- g Country Range Chopped Tomatoes
- g Country Range Grated Mature Cheddar (to garnish)
- g Country Range Kidney Beans
- Country Range Garlic Bread Slices (to garnish)
- tbsp olive oil
- g beef mince
- onion, diced
- carrot, diced
- celery stick, diced
- cloves of garlic, crushed
- Season to taste with salt and pepper

Step 1
Brown the mince in olive oil then add the diced vegetables and continue to fry -

Add the garlic, bay leaves, cumin, chilli flakes and mixed herbs -

Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans including the water and simmer for 1 hour -

Season to taste and serve with garlic bread and grated cheese
