Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  • ml Country Range Multi-Use Tomato Sauce
  • g Country Range Spaghetti
  • g Country Range Panko Breadcrumbs
  • g Country Range Plain Flour
  • g parmesan
  •   eggs, beaten
  •   chicken breasts
  •   mozzarella ball
  •   salt & pepper to taste

    Step 1

    Cut the chicken breasts into half length ways and season with a little salt and pepper
  • 2

    Step 2

    Coat each one in flour, then beaten egg, then the bread crumb and parmesan mix
  • 3

    Step 3

    Deep fry for 4/6 mins and place onto an oven proof dish.

    Step 4

    Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices and place a spoonful of multi use tomato sauce on top, then a slice of mozzarella and grated parmesan
  • 5

    Step 5

    Bake in the oven for a further 2 mins then serve with spaghetti with more multi use tomato sauce
