Thai Chilli Chicken Wrap
Bursting with colour, crunch, and a touch of heat, this Thai Chilli Chicken Wrap brings vibrant street-food energy to your table. Crispy golden chicken strips are wrapped in soft flour tortillas, drizzled generously with sweet Thai chilli sauce, and layered with crisp lettuce, spring onions, red onion, bean sprouts, and baby corn for a refreshing crunch in every bite.

- Country Range Breaded Chicken Goujons
- ml Country range Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Country range Tortilla Wraps
- ml vegetable oil
- Small bunch chopped coriander
- g bean sprouts
- red onion, sliced
- babycorn, sliced
- spring onion, sliced
- g lettuce
- lime (juiced)

Step 1
Fry the chicken and keep warm -

Place the chicken mix evenly onto two floured tortillas and add a spoonful of thai sweet chilli sauce -

Top with the vegetables and salad and season to taste -

Roll with tin foil to form 2 wraps and heat in the oven at 180c for 5 minutes -

Cut in half and serve with lime wedges and extra chilli sauce
