Ingredients
4 Total- 175 g Country Range Leek Soup Mix
- 3 pts cold water
- 100 g cooked bacon, finely diced
- small toasted croutons to garnish

Step 1
Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, add remaining cold water and bring to the boil. -

Step 2
Simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the bacon pieces and heat through.
