  • 175 g Country Range Leek Soup Mix
  • 3 pts cold water
  • 100 g cooked bacon, finely diced
  • small toasted croutons to garnish

Method

    Step 1

    Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, add remaining cold water and bring to the boil.

    Step 2

    Simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the bacon pieces and heat through.
