Baked Feta with Hot Honey

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  • ml Country Range Honey
  •   tbsp Country Range Crushed Chillies
  •   pinch salt
  • g slice feta
  •   sliced red onion
  •   Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • ml Extra virgin olive oil
  •   sprigs rosemary
  •   sprigs torn basil

    Step 1

    Warm the honey and add the chilli flakes and salt and leave to infuse for up to 1 week
  • 2

    Step 2

    Place the piece of feta in an oven proof dish with the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced onion
  • 3

    Step 3

    Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with the rosemary and basil and bake in a pre heated oven at 180c/ 160c fan for 15 mins
  • 4

    Step 4

    Drizzle with hot honey and serve with slices of toasted flatbreads or French baguette
