Step 1Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Place the apples in a large ovenproof dish.
Step 2Scatter over the blueberries and stir in the sugar.
Step 3Spoon over the Mascarpone cheese.
Step 4Mix the crumble mix with the natural yoghurt and lemon zest. Spoon this cobbler mix over the cheese.
Step 5Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.

- 500 g blueberries
- 100 g Muscovado sugar
- 500 g Country Range Mascarpone Cheese
- 300 g Country Range Natural Yogurt
- 1 lemon (zest only)
