8 Total- 100 g Country Range Marinated Cajun Chicken
- 1 tsp Country Range Fajita Seasoning
- 2 Country Range 10” Tortilla Wraps
- 25 g Country Range Mild Salsa
- 10 g Country Range Grated Mild White Cheddar
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- ½ lime

Step 1
In a pan, fry the sliced red pepper and sliced spring onion. -

Add the fajita spice and a squeeze of lime. -

Add the chopped coriander and the chicken. Keep the mix hot. -

Step 4
Warm the tortillas and serve with salsa and grated cheddar.
