Carrot Cake

Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Self-Raising Flour
- tsp Country Range Bicarbonate of Soda
- tsp Country Range Ground Mixed Spice
- tsp Country Range Ground Ginger
- tsp Country Range Ground Cinnamon
- g Country Range Walnut Pieces
- g Country Range Raisins
- ml oil
- eggs
- g light brown sugar
- g grated carrot
- rind of one orange

Step 1
Mix together the eggs, oil and sugar. -

Add in the carrots, raisins and orange rind and combine well. -

Sift in all of the dry ingredients and spices, and fold together. -

Add the walnut pieces and incorporate well. -

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. -

Top with American butter cream.
