Increase Portion Size
- tsp Country Range Cayenne Pepper
- tbsp Country Range Olive Oil
- Country Range Bay Leaves
- tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
- tsp Country Range Dried Mixed Herbs
- g Country Range Multi-Use Tomato sauce
- g Country Range Kidney Beans (including liquid)
- tbsp Country Range Tomato Ketchup
- g beef mince
- medium onion, diced
- red pepper, diced
- carrot, diced (optional, for sweetness)
- cloves garlic, crushed
- jumbo hot dogs
- g hot dog buns
- tbsp yellow mustard
- tbsp crispy onions
- portion sliced gherkins (optional)

Step 1
To make the chilli con carne - Brown the mince in olive oil then add the diced vegetables and continue to fry -

Add the garlic, bay leaves, cumin, cayenne and mixed herbs -

Add the tomato sauce, kidney beans including the water and simmer for 1 hour -

Season to taste and keep warm -

To make the chilli dogs – warm the buns and fill with the hot jumbo dogs -

Spoon over hot chilli and garnish with ketchup, mustard and crispy onions -

Serve with chips and sliced gherkins
