Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Chick Peas in Water
- tbsp aquafaba
- tsp Country Range Ground Cinnamon
- tsp Country Range Dried Mixed Herbs
- tsp Country Range Crushed Chillies
- tsp Ground Coriander
- tsp Ground Cumin
- tbsp Country Range Plain Flour
- crushed garlic cloves
- sliced spring onions
- tsp salt

Step 1
Place the chickpeas, aquafaba and crushed garlic in a food processer and pulse until a course mix. -

Add the spices and salt and fold in the spring onions. -

Add the salt and flour and mix well. -

Shape into even sized balls and place in the freezer for 20 mins to firm up. -

Step 5
Fry in hot oil for 4/5 mins and serve with vegan mayo and a couple of lemon wedges.
