- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 50 g Country Range Peas
- 50 g peppers, diced
- 6 baby corn
- 0.5 tsp Country Range Garlic Purée
- 0.5 tsp Country Range Turmeric
- 0.5 tsp Country Range Peri Peri Seasoning
- 2 Country Range Free Range Medium Eggs
- 100 g Country Range Basmati Rice, cooked
- 1 Country Range Chicken Breast
- 50 ml Country Range Soy Sauce
- 1 small handful chopped coriander

Step 1
Fry the rice and veg in oil. -

Add the beaten egg and continue to fry. -

Add the garlic, herbs and spices. -

Step 4
Add the sliced chicken and soy sauce. -

Step 5
Serve when piping hot.
