4 Total- 150 g Country Range Thick Chicken Soup Mix
- 3 pts cold water
- 150 g mushrooms, sliced
- 225 g Country Range Sweetcorn

Step 1
Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, add the remaining cold water and bring to the boil. -

Step 2
Add the mushrooms and sweetcorn. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
