  • Country Range Puff Pastry
  • Country Range Mincemeat
  • 1 Country Range Free Range Medium Egg, beaten, for glaze
  • icing sugar, for dusting

Method

    Step 1

    Roll out the pastry and cut into strips. Place a spoonful of mincemeat in the centre, fold over and seal.
  • 2

    Step 2

    Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with icing sugar then bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Remove from the oven, dust again with icing sugar and serve.
