4 Total- Country Range Puff Pastry
- Country Range Mincemeat
- 1 Country Range Free Range Medium Egg, beaten, for glaze
- icing sugar, for dusting
Method

Step 1
Roll out the pastry and cut into strips. Place a spoonful of mincemeat in the centre, fold over and seal. -

Step 2
Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with icing sugar then bake for 25 minutes at 200°C. -

Step 3
Remove from the oven, dust again with icing sugar and serve.
