Coffee and Maple Syrup Chicken Wings

Sweet, smoky, and just a little bit daring — these Coffee and Maple Syrup Chicken Wings bring together bold flavours for a truly unforgettable bite. The wings are marinated in a fragrant blend of spent coffee grounds, garlic, and chilli flakes, creating a deep, roasted warmth that perfectly complements the sticky sweetness of agave and maple syrup.

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Country Range Steam Cooked Chicken Wings
  •   tsp Country range Crushed Chillies
  •   tbsp spent coffee grounds
  •   tsp garlic powder
  •   tsp salt
  •   tsp crushed pepper
  •   tbsp agave and maple syrup
  •   pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  •   chopped chives garnish
  •   lime wedges

    Step 1

    Marinate the chicken wings in all of the spices and coffee grounds for 30 mins then place the wings on a oven tray
  • 2

    Step 2

    Bake in the oven at 200c/ 180c fan for 5 mins.

    Step 3

    Turn the chicken wings and drizzle with the maple syrup and continue to cook for 5 mins
  • 4

    Step 4

    Turn the chicken once more and cook for a further 5 mins until sticky and golden
  • 5

    Step 5

    Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • 6

    Step 6

    Place on a platter and garnish with chopped chives and lime wedges
