Cookie Dough Dessert Pizza
A fun and indulgent dessert with a playful twist on a classic pizza, this Cookie Dough Dessert Pizza is guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth. A freshly baked pizza base provides the perfect foundation for layers of rich chocolate spread and chunks of soft cookie dough, creating a delicious combination of crisp edges and gooey sweetness. Finished with melted chocolate and your favourite sweet toppings, this eye-catching dessert is ideal for sharing and perfect for adding something a little different to your menu.

- Signature by Country Range Sourdough Style Doughball
- ml pistachio Cream
- g white chocolate
- g dark chocolate
- g milk chocolate
- g pistachios
- cookie pucks

Step 1
Prove the defrosted dough ball until its double in size (1hr) -

Blanch the pistachios in boiling water for 1 minute -

Remove from the water and peel all the pistachios -

Puree the pistachios with 50ml milk -

Melt the white chocolate and butter over a baine marie, add the pistachio puree and mix well -

Cool the mix -

Gently roll out the dough ball until 20cm in diameter -

Spread the pistachio cream leaving a 2cm boarder -

Place an oven tray in the oven set at 220c / 200c fan. -

Part-bake the cookie pucks for 5 minutes. -

Once slightly cooled, break up the cookie pucks and place them on top of the pizza and then carefully place the pizza in the oven on the hot tray and bake for 5 mins. -

Finish by topping the pizza with the chocolate pieces and pistachios and continue to cook for a further 3 mins. -

Serve with signature vanilla ice cream
