Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Frozen Raspberries
- g Country Range Honey
- g Country Range Oat Flakes
- tbsp Icing sugar
- measure Whisky
- g Natural yoghurt

Step 1
Defrost the frozen raspberries and gently mix with the icing sugar and 1 measure of whiskey (optional) -

Step 2
Mix the oaks with the honey and toast in the oven until golden brown, then allow to cool -

Step 3
Layer the dessert in a glass with raspberries, yoghurt and oak mix. -

Step 4
Garnish with some fresh raspberries, a drizzle of honey and a few crumbled oats
