Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  • g Country Range Frozen Raspberries
  • g Country Range Honey
  • g Country Range Oat Flakes
  •   tbsp Icing sugar
  •   measure Whisky
  • g Natural yoghurt

    Step 1

    Defrost the frozen raspberries and gently mix with the icing sugar and 1 measure of whiskey (optional)
  • 2

    Step 2

    Mix the oaks with the honey and toast in the oven until golden brown, then allow to cool
  • 3

    Step 3

    Layer the dessert in a glass with raspberries, yoghurt and oak mix.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Garnish with some fresh raspberries, a drizzle of honey and a few crumbled oats
