Ingredients
5 Total- 25 g Country Range Cranberry Sauce
- 8 lemons, juice and zest
- 100 g sugar
- sprig of mint
- soda water
Method

Step 1
Create a syrup with the lemon juice and zest and sugar - bring to the boil and reduce by half. -

Step 2
Mix in the cranberry sauce. -

Step 3
Pour into an ice-filled glass, add a slice of lemon, mint and top with soda water.
