Step 1Put the soup powder into a saucepan and add a small amount of cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Add the remaining cold water, place on the stove and gradually bring to the boil stirring continually.
Step 2Add the cooked flaked smoked haddock and cooked potato.
Step 3Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

- 225 g cooked smoked haddock
