Ingredients
5 Total- 150 g Country Range Leek Soup Mix
- 3 pts cold water
- 225 g cooked smoked haddock
- 150 g cooked diced potato
- chopped parsley for garnish

Step 1
Put the soup powder into a saucepan and add a small amount of cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Add the remaining cold water, place on the stove and gradually bring to the boil stirring continually. -

Step 2
Add the cooked flaked smoked haddock and cooked potato. -

Step 3
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
