Easy Chocolate Orange Fudge

    Step 1

    Place the chocolate chunks in a non-stick saucepan with the condensed milk and butter. Melt the ingredients gently over a low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and silky.

    Sieve in the icing sugar and mix everything together thoroughly.

    Add in the orange pieces, mixing well so they are evenly distributed.

    Step 4

    Press the fudge into the tin and smooth over the top with the back of a spoon.

    Step 5

    Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 100 g orange fruit pieces
