Egg Mayo and Ham Triple Decker Sandwich

6 Total- 35 g Country Range Egg Mayonnaise
- 25 g Country Range Salted Butter
- 1 slice Country Range Traditional Wiltshire Gammon
- 3 slices bloomer bread slice
- 1 Cos lettuce leaf
- 1 slice beef tomato

Step 1
Butter 3 slices of bloomer bread. -

Step 2
On the bottom piece spread your egg mayo. -

Top with another slice, butter side up. -

Place on a slice of gammon. -

Add a slice of beef tomato and season with salt. -

Add the leaf of cos lettuce. -

Place the last slice of bread butter side down and cut the sandwich in half.
