Ingredients
5 Total- 100 g Country Range Butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp Country Range Italian Seasoning
- lemon, juice only
- Country Range Ciabatta

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. -

Step 2
Mix the softened butter with the garlic, Italian Seasoning and lemon juice. Season well with salt and pepper. -

Slice the ciabatta diagonally without cutting all the way through. -

Fill the slices with the garlic butter, sprinkle Italian Seasoning over the top and place on a baking tray. -

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the ciabatta is golden brown and the butter has melted. -

Step 6
Serve with salad leaves and an oil and vinegar dip.
