Step 1Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Step 2Mix the softened butter with the garlic, Italian Seasoning and lemon juice. Season well with salt and pepper.
Step 3Slice the ciabatta diagonally without cutting all the way through.
Step 4Fill the slices with the garlic butter, sprinkle Italian Seasoning over the top and place on a baking tray.
Step 5Bake for 8-10 minutes until the ciabatta is golden brown and the butter has melted.
Step 6Serve with salad leaves and an oil and vinegar dip.
- 100 g Country Range Butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp Country Range Italian Seasoning
