Italian Tuna Melt

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

Baguette

  •   demi baguette
  •   slices of mature cheddar
  • g tuna
  • g mayo

Red onion and pepper mix

  •   red peppersliced
  •   red onion sliced
  •   gherkins sliced
  •   pinch mixed herbs
  •   tbsp olive oil

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 200c
  • 2

    Step 2

    Slice the small baguette and spread the mayo on each half
  • 3

    Step 3

    Place the 2 slices of mature cheddar then the tuna inside
  • 4

    Step 4

    Add the sliced onion and red pepper mix
  • 5

    Step 5

    Add the slices of gherkin, season to taste and bake in the oven for 8/10 mins

    Mix all together and bake in the oven for 8 mins
