Step 1Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until just cooked then drain.
Step 2Mix the mayonnaise with the Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
Step 3Mix the potatoes with mayonnaise and spring onion and place into a serving bowl.
Step 4Serve at room temperature.
- 450 g red potatoes, chopped (skin on)
- 4 tbsp Country Range Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Country Range Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 6 spring onions, sliced
