Step 1
Place all of the meatball ingredients into a bowl and gently mix. Shape into 25g balls and leave to 1 side. Gently fry for 10 mins, turning every 2 mins until golden brown and season to taste. Serve on soft flat bread with olives, salad and crumbled feta

Step 1
Roll out the dough balls until the thickness of 1 pound coin. Place a baking tray in the oven at 260c and allow to get hot. Place the rolled out dough onto the hot tray until it puffs up. Brush with the garlic butter and sprinkle with the chopped mint
