Ingredients
4 Total- 150 g Country Range Leek Soup Mix
- 3 pts cold water
- 225 g potato, peeled and cubed
- 25 g parsley, chopped

Step 1
Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, then add the remaining cold water. -

Step 2
Add the potato, cover and bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. -

Step 3
Scatter chopped parsley on top before serving.
