  • 150 g Country Range Leek Soup Mix
  • 3 pts cold water
  • 225 g potato, peeled and cubed
  • 25 g parsley, chopped

Method

    Step 1

    Add sufficient cold water to the soup mix to make a smooth paste, then add the remaining cold water.
  • 2

    Step 2

    Add the potato, cover and bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Scatter chopped parsley on top before serving.
