Step 1Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2Place the salt on to a baking sheet to form a bed.
Step 3Prick each potato and brush with a little oil and evenly place on the bed of sea salt.
Step 4Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5Cut open each potato and spoon in some luxury coleslaw.
- 100 g Country Range Luxury Coleslaw
- 15 ml Country Range Olive-Pomace Oil
- 15 new potatoes
- 50 g sea salt
