Step 1Butter 4 slices of bread.
Step 2Slice the red onion.
Step 3Make the sandwiches with cheese mix and slices of red on-ion making sure the butter is on the outside.
Step 4In a hot non-stick pan or a contact grill, cook the sandwich for 2 minutes then turn and continue to cook for 2 minutes more.
Step 5Once it’s golden brown on both sides and the mix is hot, serve with a nice bit of salad.

- 30 g Country Range Salted Butter
- 4 slices Country Range Thick Sliced Wholemeal Bread
- ½ red onion, sliced
