4 Total- 50 g Country Range Mixed Cheese & Spring Onion
- 125 g Country Range Salted Butter
- 4 sheets Feuille de brick pastry
- ½ red onion, sliced

Step 1
Butter 4 slices of bread. -

Slice the red onion. -

Make the sandwiches with cheese mix and slices of red on-ion making sure the butter is on the outside. -

In a hot non-stick pan or a contact grill, cook the sandwich for 2 minutes then turn and continue to cook for 2 minutes more. -

Step 5
Once it’s golden brown on both sides and the mix is hot, serve with a nice bit of salad.
