8 Total- 25 ml Country Range White Balsamic Dressing
- 5 g Country Range Pine Nuts
- 1 Peach
- 3 slices Parma Ham
- 10 g Country Range Butter
- 10 g Country Range Honey
- 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 25 g Watercress

Step 1
Cut the peach into slices and pan roast in the butter until sticky and glazed -

Arrange the peaches with torn mozzarella, Parma ham and watercress -

Dress with white balsamic and sprinkle with pine nuts
