Step 1Pre-heat oven to 200°C .
Step 2Cook the bacon on a baking sheet until crispy and chop into small pieces.
Step 3Chop the gherkin.
Step 4Slice the spring onion.
Step 5Chop the dill.
Step 6Mix everything into the potato salad and serve as a side dish.

- 6 slices smoked streaky bacon
