Ingredients
11 Total- 75 g Country Range Premium North Atlantic Prawns
- 25 g Country Range Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Country Range Thick White Square Sliced Bread
- 1 cos heart
- 2 smoked streaky bacon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 15 g parmesan
- 1 salted anchovy
- 1 tbsp water
- 25 g butter

Step 1
Make the dressing by crushing the anchovy with garlic clove, add the lemon juice, 1 tbsp water and the mayonnaise. -

Defrost the prawns. -

Wash and roughly chop the lettuce heart. -

Dice the white bread and shallow fry in butter until crispy. -

Toss the lettuce in the dressing and the parmesan until the leaves are coated. -

Top with prawns and croutons
