Step 1Make the dressing by crushing the anchovy with garlic clove, add the lemon juice, 1 tbsp water and the mayonnaise.
Step 2Defrost the prawns.
Step 3Wash and roughly chop the lettuce heart.
Step 4Dice the white bread and shallow fry in butter until crispy.
Step 5Toss the lettuce in the dressing and the parmesan until the leaves are coated.
Step 6Top with prawns and croutons

- 1 Country Range Thick White Square Sliced Bread
- 1 cos heart
- 2 smoked streaky bacon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 15 g parmesan
- 1 salted anchovy
- 1 tbsp water
- 25 g butter
