  • 75 g Country Range Premium North Atlantic Prawns
  • 25 g Country Range Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 Country Range Thick White Square Sliced Bread
  • 1 cos heart
  • 2 smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 15 g parmesan
  • 1 salted anchovy
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 25 g butter

Method

    Step 1

    Make the dressing by crushing the anchovy with garlic clove, add the lemon juice, 1 tbsp water and the mayonnaise.

    Step 2

    Defrost the prawns.

    Step 3

    Wash and roughly chop the lettuce heart.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Dice the white bread and shallow fry in butter until crispy.

    Step 5

    Toss the lettuce in the dressing and the parmesan until the leaves are coated.

    Step 6

    Top with prawns and croutons
