Step 1Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil until soft.
Step 2Add the rice and coat with the onion mix until the rice is trans-lucent at the edges.
Step 3Add the chicken stock 1 ladle at a time until it is loose and creamy (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 4Turn off and add the peas, prawns butter and parmesan.
Step 5Serve with some nice bread and a crisp salad.

- 25 ml Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50 g Country Range Fancy Peas
- 25 g Country Range Creamery Butter Unsalted
- 200 ml Country Range Chicken Bouillon Paste stock
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 50 g arborio rice
- 5 g parmesan
