  • 75 g Country Range Premium North Atlantic Prawns
  • 25 ml Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50 g Country Range Fancy Peas
  • 25 g Country Range Creamery Butter Unsalted
  • 200 ml Country Range Chicken Bouillon Paste stock
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 50 g arborio rice
  • 5 g parmesan

Method

    Step 1

    Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil until soft.
  • 2

    Step 2

    Add the rice and coat with the onion mix until the rice is trans-lucent at the edges.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the chicken stock 1 ladle at a time until it is loose and creamy (about 10-12 minutes).
  • 4

    Step 4

    Turn off and add the peas, prawns butter and parmesan.
  • 5

    Step 5

    Serve with some nice bread and a crisp salad.
