Premium Tuna Mayo Melt with Red Onion, Pickled Cucumber and Cheddar

Ingredients
9 Total- 50 g Country Range Premium Tuna Mayonnaise
- 2 slices Country Range Mature White Cheddar Slices
- 1 tsp Country Range White Wine Vinegar
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 1/8 cucumber, sliced
- ½ tsp dill, chopped
- 5 g caster sugar
- 2 g salt
- ciabatta
Method

Step 1
Marinate the slices of cucumber with salt, caster sugar, white wine vinegar and the chopped dill. -

Step 2
Cut the ciabatta in half, add a slice of cheddar, top with tuna mayo, red onion, cucumber then another slice of cheddar. -

Top with the remaining bread and grill on a panini grill until the cheese starts to melt. -

Cut in half and serve with some green leaves.
