  • 50 g Country Range Premium Tuna Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Country Range Mature White Cheddar Slices
  • 1 tsp Country Range White Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 1/8 cucumber, sliced
  • ½ tsp dill, chopped
  • 5 g caster sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • ciabatta

Method

    Step 1

    Marinate the slices of cucumber with salt, caster sugar, white wine vinegar and the chopped dill.
  • 2

    Step 2

    Cut the ciabatta in half, add a slice of cheddar, top with tuna mayo, red onion, cucumber then another slice of cheddar.

    Step 3

    Top with the remaining bread and grill on a panini grill until the cheese starts to melt.

    Step 4

    Cut in half and serve with some green leaves.
