  • 200 g Country Range Insauce Pulled Barbeque Pork
  • 50 g Country Range Salted Butter
  • 4 sheets filo pastry sheets

Method

    Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

    Step 2

    Melt the butter and brush a sheet of filo.
  • 3

    Step 3

    Repeat and top the first pastry sheet.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Repeat until all sheets are done.
  • 5

    Step 5

    Place the pulled pork in the middle and roll like a sausage.

    Step 6

    Place onto a lined baking tray, brush with more butter and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

    Step 7

    Slice and serve.
