Step 1Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Step 2Melt the butter and brush a sheet of filo.
Step 3Repeat and top the first pastry sheet.
Step 4Repeat until all sheets are done.
Step 5Place the pulled pork in the middle and roll like a sausage.
Step 6Place onto a lined baking tray, brush with more butter and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7Slice and serve.
