Salmon Sriracha with Egg Noodles
Hot and spicy salmon with egg noodles

Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- Country Range Salmon Portion
- g Country Range Egg Noodles
- tsp Country Range Cajun Spice
- tbsp Olive oil
- tbsp Sriracha sauce
- Baby corn
- g Mange tout
- Red pepper
- Sliced spring onions
- Tender stem broccoli
- Crushed clove garlic
- g Grated ginger
- tsp honey
- tbsp Soy sauce
- Lime, juiced
- pinch Sesame seeds

Step 1
Lightly oil the salmon portion and sprinkle with cajun spice and season to taste -

Pre heat the oven to 200c and roast the salmon for 8 mins -

Cook the egg noodles in plenty of salted water and keep warm -

Stir fry the vegetables in olive oil with the ginger and garlic -

Add the egg noodles, honey, lime juice and soy sauce and continue to stir fry until the noodles are coated with the sauce -

Serve the salmon on top of the egg noodle mix and drizzle with sriracha sauce -

Garnish with sesame seeds
