Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Tomato and Basil Sauce
- tin Country Range 5 Bean Salad
- tsp Country Range Dried Thyme
- g Sausages
- ml vegetable oil
- diced onion
- diced green or yellow pepper
- crushed clove garlic
- chopped stick of celery
- pinch salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Gently fry the red onion and pepper for 5 mins in veg oil -

Step 2
Add the crushed garlic and thyme and continue to fry for 2 mins -

Add the 5 beans and tomato and basil sauce and simmer for 15 mins -

Season to taste -

Step 5
Bake the sausages in a pre heated oven at 200c/ 180c fan for 15 minutes -

Add the sausages to the 5 beans casserole and simmer for 2 mins -

Step 7
Garnish with your favourite chopped herbs and serve with mashed potatoes
