Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Puff Pastry
- g Country Range Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix
- g Country Range Cranberry Sauce
- g Sausage Meat
- g Cooked Shredded Turkey
- tsp Crushed pepper
- tsp Salt
- Beaten egg
- Pigs in blankets

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 180c fan / 200c oven -

Step 2
Make up the sage and onion stuffing as per pack instructions -

Roll out the puff pastry to 40cm x 20cm -

Mix together the sausage meat, cranberry, shredded turkey, sage and onion stuffing, salt and pepper -

Place lengthways into the middle of the puff pastry in a sausage shape and press the pigs n blankets into the centre of the sausage mix -

Lightly brush the inside edges of the pastry with beaten egg -

Fold over the pastry to form the classic sausage roll shape and crimp the edges tight -

Carefully lift onto a parchment lined baking tray -

Brush with the egg wash and bake in the oven for 20/25 mins until golden -

Step 10
Remove from the oven and rest for10 mins before you slice into canapé sized slices
