- diced red onion

- crushed cloves of garlic
- pinch Salt and pepper to taste

- g grated cheddar

Step 1
Gently fry the red onion and red pepper for 5 mins in veg oil -

Add the crushed garlic and mixed herbs and continue to fry for 2 mins -

Add the 5 beans and tomato and basil sauce and simmer for 15 mins -

Step 4
Season to taste

Fry the side winders until golden and crisp -

Top with 5 bean chilli and grated cheddar and serve immediately
