Signature Garlic and Cheese Mini Doughballs

1 Signature by Country Range Sourdough Doughball
50 g Signature by Country Range Extra Mature Cheddar, grated
1/4 tsp Country Range Dried Mixed Herbs
100 g butter
1 tsp garlic puree
1 salt & pepper to taste
10 g grated parmesan
1 chopped chives and rosemary, garnish

Prove the dough ball for 2 hours until it has doubled in size

Preheat the oven to 220c/200c fan

Carefully Cut the dough ball into 8 even sized chunks and place onto a parchment lined tray

Second prove for 30 mins then top with grated cheddar and parmesan

Bake in the oven for 12 mins and keep warm

Melt the butter and add the mixed herbs and garlic

Season to taste and serve with the doughballs

Garnish with chopped rosemary and chives and serve as a side dish or as a starter
